Just bought and paid for a day pass online through my internet browser and created an account like required to purchase. Then after purchasing the day pass it tells me I have to download this app to access my purchase. I download the app and try to log in only to be asked to create an account again. I log in with my credentials and get a message that the credentials are already in use. So I try the other login method through the member log in and it is asking me to put my membership number to login. I was never given one.
