For your booking and trip the app is good. In addition to that you should be able to watch movies through Wifi. So it increases the expectations! The app is not intuitive, the explanation in the plane is not helping at all, and the staff in the plane had no clue on how to find the movies/entertainment menu. As a result, it just created frustration. A more intuitive version with a clear menu and feedback in case of problem would so much better!
