Dex is very useful and does a solid job of cataloging Pokemon from each generation. Dex will also show you a new Pokemon each day, which is nice because I'm less familiar with Pokemon after Generation One, also known as Red and Blue. The only complaint I have is that some of the information about levels that Generation One Pokemon learn their moves at is inaccurate. As I played the game I reached the allotted level and didn't learn the move. Looking at Smogon's PokeDex on my browser gave me different and more accurate information.
