I canceled my subscription because it stopped working for my dog and they continued to send me product and charged me for it. I tried contacting them by phone and was placed on hold for 30 minutes while at the same time. I used the “chat” option for making the return request and the chat bot redirected me to a broken page link. I did both of these twice. I’m doing a dispute with my credit card company
