I love the visual aids in this app that show how each of my body’s systems are working. It gives very comprehensive (yet easy to read and follow) explanations on each section so you understand what the different colors, height of the liquid, and the bubbles represent. It also find it helpful that it gives quick tips to improve your scores and even some video lessons to help calm your body and mind. I’ve tried several of these tips (backed by science) and they have really helped. I can bring my stress levels down during the day, and I’ve tried a couple of the tutorials right before bed and I am
