★★★★★ Inaccurate charging status & poor customer service — Monta Charge · US
I placed my vehicle on the charger at 10:47 PM, and the app initially indicated that charging would be complete by 6:00 AM. Based on this, I set an alarm to check the vehicle status.
However, when I checked the Monta app at 6:00 AM, it showed that my vehicle would not be ready until 9:47 AM. At the same time, I checked my Chevy app, which confirmed that my vehicle was already at 100% and charging had been completed. Despite this, the Monta app continued to display that charging was in progress
