Can’t Pay Premium AGAIN
A multi-billion dollar a year insurance company can’t keep their app operational. It’s been 3 days since I can’t pay my premium. This app developer must be the CEO’s nephew because it’s been horrible for well over a year now. While I’m on the phone waiting to talk with a human so I can pay my premium I am being lectured on “communicating with Highmark via the app”. Great job everyone.
