The app is obnoxious with (often unnecessary) popups to every action. You can’t just unlock a chapter for later reading, you have to read it too. And when dismissing the chapter you are immediately treated to a popup urging you to read a different series. There’s even an age verification both on first open but also when you log in. There’s too many UX failures, and it’s making me prefer just purchasing the manga elsewhere as ebooks, or physical books when possible.
