Basel listener

I have been an Express VPN for a number of years and have enjoyed excellent service. I have recently subscribed to a dedicated ip to avoid alternating ips cutting me off a steaming service. This dedicated ip works well 99% of the time but will occasionally drop out and blocks my phone. I understand from your service agent that the dedicated ip is not so reliable. I hope that this can be fixed.
