After creating my first account and making an initial deposit in USDC, my account was blocked without a clear reason. Support promised to resolve it within 24 hours, but nothing happened. Their responses were vague and unhelpful, forcing me to request a refund and account closure. Lack of transparency and poor customer service make me distrust KAST. I do not recommend this app.
