Your delivery people are stealing purchases especially paid by visa when they do not get an answer from the customer, ( my phone was silent my mistake) claiming that they left the item at the building entrance which is a very bad system. Your customer service said that they had a photo from the driver lifting the item at the entrance!! As if they know the my building!!!! Instead you should return the item to the source and deduct an extra fees for the route back, more common sense. It makes more sense to lose JD 2-3 than to lose the whole amount and the item!!!
