Totally cannot find assistance to find out where my $65 sign up bonus is located and totally unable to access my shopping rewards. Unable to access help as the link to help says that it is unsupported. Totally useless machine chat that just goes in a circuitous route. Asked to link my bank account when the original shopping app is through capital one. Have been a Capital One customer for more than two decades and am thinking of totally closing my accounts due to the impossibility of finding any competent assistance in any manner.
