I was shocked to receive a message from Pavel Durov (Telegram’s founder) on Telegram containing what appeared to be pro-Russian propaganda — and this happened right during the day of Romania’s presidential elections. I find it deeply concerning that a messaging platform would distribute political content during a national election. This raises serious questions about Telegram’s neutrality and intentions. I’m uninstalling the app.
