There are major problems with this app, and in over two years, Dyson is refusing to update the app so it’s actually functional. The vacuum works okay if your house is completely rectangular, but if you have a diagonal island or a diagonal wall, forget about it. Every other competitor to Dyson will allow you to set a diagonal wall divider, but when I asked Dyson when and if they would be adding this feature, they told me that as a customer, I have zero right to know when OR IF they are going to make any changes to their app. So I’m stuck with a $1300 vacuum that can’t vacuum my house because ou
