While I understand there’s going to be significantly limited functionality in free versions of the software compared to paid versions, not having layer edits available for free users (as far as I’m aware) is just like… the bar was on the ground and somehow Adobe managed to dig a tunnel underneath it. Compared to the Photoshop Mix, which I loved, used regularly, and had far better free features (e.g. layers), this new one just seems like it misses the mark on what is just like… one of the bare minimum core features of an image editing software.
