I forgot my password. When I ask to create a new password I can either received an sms or be called. Problem is my phone is no longer in service. So I called the call center and explain my case. The lady asked to provide a physical address. The problem is due to my job I move all the time so I can remember when and which address I saved. Then the lady said there is nothing she can do. Find, the communication is recorded, please escalate my case to a supervisor or manager who has the authority to deal with this and help me to resolve the problem. She just answered “sorry sir cannot do that” se

The app itself is user friendly but so annoying that I can never order and every time I have to call. The staff is friendly and helpful and advise to use the browser as the app often have problems. So what’s the point having an app. I am often 1 fork away to change my mind and order something else.
