Maybe it’s user error but so far the scanner didn’t work on the pump and it wouldn’t allow me to enter my phone number. If you start fueling and go inside to scan for the points, it’s too late. Also, the sales clerks don’t ask if you have rewards and again, you can’t collect points once the transaction starts. There should be a way to enter a validation number from the receipt to collect the points. I like how the app tells you where the nearest Loves is but it would be helpful if there was a map indicating which direction to go so I know if it’s behind me or in the direction I’m going. Hop
