I have paid for a pro version ($70/yr), and have used it to translate single words and short sentences between Spanish and English and vice versa. It is very easy to reverse the source and target, and the material to be translated can be entered either via a keyboard, or via the phone’s microphone. Most of the translations were good, but a nontrivial number of words were useless repetitions of the source words (requiring a Google search). I also had a need to reach their tech support.
