They are trying so hard to remake UI, write stupid labels in the app talking about security, re-label actions with some marketing words… At the same time they make UX bad - you need more time for normal actions…

They just ignore you, driver refuses to assist, seats are allocated randomly. But reservation is a paid feature!

The only reason for this to exists as a separate app is to cause frustration

Everything is structured in a way to get you to pay as much as possible, and at the same time it very uncomfortable. And that does not mean that this airline provides the cheapest economy flights, as well. I wish someday EU will punish airlines for acting like this one.

Сломали систуму крафта ради большего количества дебильных платных механик которые нельзя обойти. Очень жаль, теперь единственный вариант поиграть в это нормально эта ставить взломанные версии с андроида.

The poll game itself seem to be 10% of the whole app. Other stuff is opening some BS cases, strange events, other mini-games (like in casino), etc. I have no clue how this app got a rate of 4.9, seems questionable to me (or just indicates how awful apps in the app store are).

Host promised to return “one night’s rate” (quote) due to the power outage in the apartment (it was cold, too, the only heater was A/C unit and it was not possible to comfortably stay there). Refund was made. In several days after I checked out and put a review for the apartment I got a message from the support team asking me to return 80% of the refund because I should get only 20% due to some policy (no links was provided) and mistake was made because they got some communication issues. I will give them money back if they really want to get them, but I promise - I will use Airbnb alternative
