Please make sure that the monitor of the base is being use for "Internet" and not for "charging" the base. If it's just for charging you will not be able to view it remotely. Change your setting to Internet browse. Not sure why the base setting was only being use for charging. I never recalled changing the setting but that's what happen to be the reason why all this time it didn't work for 6 months. Problem solved!
