Worst experience ever it was the first time for me dealing with it and i already find it complicated yet i cancelled one trip not because i wanted to but the driver cancelled it on me and yet i didn't get my money back and had to pay again for another driver to get to my function after 3 drivers cancelled on meeeeee!!! It's been 2 weeks and I didn't get my money not to mention that their support team is all ai there's no agent that can sort out your issue u just have to talk to the ai and it will send you back and forth without helping with anything!!!
