I had an Halloween event so i ordered a costume then the seller doesn’t want to ship my order kept asking me or extra money after waiting one week i had to cancel make new order form a more reliable seller again the seller fail to ship my order again now the event is here didn’t get the costumes or both refunds yet the costumer service has no authority to help they can only say i understand ur frustration and they give u 1$ copon worst experience ever unpleasant and unprofessional sellers after so many successful orders am deleting this up and switching to other platform
