To them, the customer is always wrong. I had two subscriptions one I’m Jordan and the other one in the UAE, which showed on the app. However, when you go to the subscriptions, you can only see one of them, I cancelled the one I saw based on the date and they cancelled the one of the country I was at, and I only knew of it when they did recharged me. I spoke to the customer service and it took them time to understand the matter, and when they finally understood they did not believe me and said of course you cancelled the other one by mistake.
