I have had a Coinbase account for many years and when a crypto caught my eye on the Coinbase account it said it was only available on its sister account Coinbase Wallet. When I used the link to Wallet I transfered funds from my Coinbase app to the Wallet app and purchased shares of the crypto. Within seconds I noticed my currancy and funds depleted from my account. I immediately messaged customer support and after an hour of exchanging info and pics I was told they have no control over that account and everything is my responsibility even though I never veered from the Coinbase app. It’s a sca
