I tried to cancel my order because the driver could not find the cafe I was supposed to order food from. and since the driver had been looking for the cafe for quite awhile already I decided to cancel and just sent the driver the delivery fee amount via gcash for the hassle. But I was so embarrassed about how I could not cancel the order when the driver kept asking me too. I can only either change driver or edit address/item. I am so frustrated. Please let customers cancel orders and have the driver agree on it to avoid such hassle and frustration. Also, why can’t the driver find the cafe when
