Where do I check my money

It doesn’t let me pay know and buy later even. I tested with SHEIN it didn’t let me do pay in 30 days a purschase of 10 euros . I had to pay in full . If I have to pay in full what’s the porpouse of this app horrible app u get denied for no reason
