Terrible sales support
Slow sales response, arranging returns without consulting customer availability
Vivino online has a terrible service.
You sent me 2 of the 2018 bottle and 1 of the 2016 bottle.
My order was for 1 of the 2018 bottle and 2 of the 2016 bottles.
Arranging return for so long and doesn’t happen. Service response slow. Set return pick up without asking me when I’m home.
