Audio actor guy

How does this app get a 4.4?! (Probably because actors using it don’t know any better, unfortunately.) The audio technology used in this app has got to be at least 20 years old. I work in digital audio and can tell you that there are numerous ways to change the sound of a human voice besides just speeding it up or slowing it down. As for just a few of the many glitches - doesn’t play well while other apps are in use, volume is all over the place, ends of sentences get clipped (one of the updates claims this was fixed), stops when you open your phone, - I could go on.
