I like PLS but this collaboration with Xpectations Plus has to be the worst as far as customer service, direct deposit, and services. I deposited money for rent, and Xpectations has no record of my deposit. Customer service over the phone is horrible as far as clarity, and there is a 10second delay. All they do is ask 8 or so security questions just for them to not solve the issue 🥴
