“using the same iTunes account for a new account is not allowed” is what i see when i pay for the subscription on this new phone; i had tge app on my last phone but it was used by someone else so i got a new phone and number, i went to go download the app and use it to track the number calling me and it says “using the same iTunes account for a new account is not allowed” and no one answers but you constantly see “app updated” no good customer support for a famous app
