The driver made a mistake and delivered the order to another building without checking if it was my apartment. I called, and during the long call, I was told that they would not compensate me, even though the mistake was the driver’s. I never received my order, and it was their fault. I’ve been waiting for two hours for compensation, and it still hasn’t been processed. This is the first time I’ve reported that an order didn’t reach me — it’s not like I always try to cheat and claim I didn’t receive my order.

I love this application, but unfortunately you use it for advertisements, which some of it completely inappropriate. You have recently increased the subscription amount.
