I was charged PHP 499 for a subscription I didn’t intend to keep. I only used Remini once during the free trial and forgot to cancel it. As soon as I noticed the charge just a few hours later, I canceled and immediately requested a refund. Despite my prompt action and the fact that I never used the app beyond the trial, they refused to return my money. Very disappointed with the lack of understanding and flexibility in their customer service. Be careful with this app – they make it hard to get your money back even if it’s a genuine mistake.
