The app left a lot to be desired. I will still keep my ring in hopes that since it's such a new product they will make improvements as the critiques come in, etc. However, many will not have the patience I am willing to afford this company. I don't think it's tracking my sleep correctly. Sometimes I'll have it on all night and when I sync it will will show me no sleep data at all. The steps are definitely off, and I wish the app had other features to provide.
