Please help me how do I change my subscription from weekly to monthly?

I renewed this app but I can’t use the app. I tried to restore for how many time and still...can’t use!! HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?? I install/uninstall - log in/log out of my app store but still can’t use the app even though I paid already. 🙄
