WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Imagine i ordered a heater for my room. The item stopped working and it got burned my extension white because the item is defective. Mind you, the item is under warranty and they don’t wanna replace or refund it. At first they said the item needs to have in an original box who would have someone to keep the box as a trash? I even asked for compensation since my whole extension wires got burned by this item it means if they don’t accept this item because it was burned, then they should have atleast return less refund or replacement?!
