I’ve never seen such a confusing and broken login system. I subscribed to Prime Video through my iPhone using my passcode, got the confirmation on my iCloud email , and now when I try to log in, it says the account doesn’t even exist! The app doesn’t show what email you’re actually signed in with, so once you’re logged out, good luck ever getting back in. I wasted hours trying to connect my TV and ended up completely locked out of my own paid subscription. How can a global company make something as simple as logging in this complicated?
