The people at Ovia were very gracious after I wrote this review and reached out to help me retrieve my data! Apparently I had logged in 2 different ways. Anyway they were able to help me and I’m back in track with all of my data from the last 6 years! Thank you Ovia!!! I lost all of my tracked info from YEARS! I updated the app and now it’s like I started over 😭😭 My emails still seem to know what’s going on, but not the app. Please fix it and retrieve my info!!
