I’ve flown LH before. Experience was very good. This time, my experience went up the next level to excellent. So many positive details - not just the excellent app but the people on LH’s team. Very nice, friendly, professional. So positive, I joked to my wife - let’s fly again just to hang out in MUC for a while and then head home. 😎
