Telegram allows easy account hacks with known technics like phishing link spam. After your account gets hacked you will be locked out and there is no way to recover it - or even register a new one using the same phone number. This happened to multiple people in my close circle, and while there are some techniques that make account hacking harder, not everyone knows about 2FA and other methods. To lost a 10 year old account with all chats and information is an absolute disaster and Telegram support is literally non existent and does absolutely nothing to help users get access back and prevent a
