Every time I try to join a game the entire screen goes black and every button on the screen does nothing and there isn’t any audio

For the love of Christ and everything that is holy and matters to you in this world fix the control issue If you’re gonna have a shoot button on the left allow people to use it while moving and not be a still target All I want to do is aim shoot and move at the same time Is that too much to ask? Please fix it. Some random guy who hates this control issue.
