I have been submitting subtitle-related problem reports for a long time now, because almost every anime on this platform has subtitles in multiple languages — except for the ones I actually want to watch. Those often only have German and French subtitles. I am Portuguese, and I simply want to enjoy anime the way I prefer: in Japanese audio with Portuguese subtitles. That should not be too much to ask when I am paying for this service. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of response from customer support. It has been nearly a year, and I still haven’t received any meaningful reply
