I don’t remember how I encountered this app but navigating it was super simple and easy. The drivers we encountered were friendly and professional. The only feature that I wish to see is an in-app translator (or the ability to copy text into a translator). I was a little hesitant that the app doesn’t give a price estimate until you’ve already booked a driver but the rate was pretty consistent and the app is secure.
