I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with your app and customer service! After weeks of delays, repeated assurances, and no concrete resolution, I have now been charged again for a subscription that was supposed to be complimentary under the promotional offer. This is entirely unacceptable. I initially raised this issue on June 24—over a month ago—and despite multiple follow-ups and all required documentation provided, the problem remains unresolved. Instead of rectifying the error, I am now being charged for something I should never have been billed for in the first place. I
