I top up my balance 50 Bulgarian leva its equivalent to 25€ but there were no travellers available in Varna while I was staying there now I’m back to Germany. I want to get back that balance, but I don’t see any option. Also, I wanted to change to use next time in Thailand but when I change country my balance become 0 and I try to contact maxim costumer service to get my money back but there is no any option
