I’ve had the worst travel experience of my life flying BA and I am a frequent business flyer. We used BA for a family trip and they lost our luggage when we arrived in Rome. They wouldn’t assist and we could not get someone to answer the phone in FCO or on the BA customer service line. We had to make additional trips back to the airport in Rome to find our luggage even though it was promised to be delivered to our hotel. Thankfully we have air tags in our luggage otherwise I don’t imagine we would have ever found it. I’ve also emailed with no response for almost 2 weeks. The customer ser
