App is Struggling

I don’t have enough room in this review to tell you how much I loathe your app. If I am on my flight info page I should be able to check in. Not have to copy and paste my confirmation into a separate section in the app. And don’t even get me started on the multi-step authentication. I wasted so much time yesterday trying to get my pre check # on my reservation and when I did finally get into the app after multiple attempts to get a text message to my phone, your ai robots telling me to verify the phone number was correct in the app that I was trying to login to but couldn’t get a text for, doe
