App installer beware

I have about 25 orders that I can no longer see, nor track. Orders I have paid for, hundreds of dollars worth, and they are kindly ignoring me. I attempted to use a new credit card, two new cards, two times in a row. The first card declined because the bank was concerned it was a fraudulent purchase. The second card did the same thing for the same reason. While I was telling the banks that no, it was me and please allow the charges, the powers that be “restricted” my account for “breaking the platform guidelines”. This was a week and a half ago.
