I’ve been using this app for many years, and I’m sure I purchased it before—possibly a lifetime or full version. Now I suddenly can’t use any tools at all unless I subscribe, and the yearly plan doesn’t even appear for me, only the monthly option. This wasn’t the case before, and I can’t even organize PDFs anymore. Please check my account and restore my access or clarify what happened to my previous purchase. Thank you
