This app is basically useless for anything other than checking in for your flight and viewing your itinerary. You can’t change your seat without an error message. You can’t purchase add-ons without an error message. Most features are in grey such as adding extra baggage, selecting your meal for the flight and any other add-on. Customer service for Qatar airways is the worst I’ve seen from any airline. They have no access to do anything that either they can’t change your seat, they apparently can’t tell you the price of a new flight unless you cancel your flight first, they have no idea how to

I’ve been using this app for nearly 10 years at this point, I’ve only used it to track my periods and nothing else because I’ve not been trying to conceive. However, today I randomly thought to check my ovulation which has always been free but suddenly you have to pay for it. All the things that have been free all these years you have to pay for now and I think that’s pretty ridiculous. Idk. I’m sure developing apps is expensive but this app have over 1M users judging by there 1M reviews and 5star average. I’m sure most of those reviews can be credited to the fact that things were simple and f
