I have been reading and studying books on mediation for years but never really “applied” the lessons in practice and in everyday life because I had no instructor/meditation to teach and facilitate my practice of meditation. Up until I found my headspace which became my meditation teacher that I can access immediately. The only suggestion I have is let us make multiple l playlist in headspace and make titles for it. Like this is for S.0.S or this meditation is “before exams” or before an interview or before a date. Or before a difficult convo. Putting a fav/hearted to an course will save it bu
